🇺🇸

🤝

Partnerships with Schools, 4-H & Extension

We collaborate with public schools, 4-H clubs, OSU Extension offices, and community organizations to deliver programs where youth already gather. These partnerships ensure accessibility, trust, and long-term sustainability.

Community Impact: Changing Lives Beyond the Range

Our mission extends far beyond marksmanship. We're building confident, disciplined young leaders who give back to their communities.

📊 65-70% of Participants from Low-Income Families

We prioritize youth who face the greatest financial barriers. Our scholarship-first model ensures that talent and passion—not family income—determine who participates. Every child receives the same high-quality equipment, coaching, and opportunities regardless of their background.

🌾 Rural & Underserved Area Focus

Our mobile workshop program travels 300-350 miles round-trip to reach communities with no local shooting sports programs. We serve small towns, tribal communities, and remote areas across Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas—bringing opportunity directly to youth who need it most. Learn more about our Mobile Outreach.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Engagement (Parents, Siblings & Grandparents)

Shooting sports is a family activity at Red Dirt. Parents volunteer as range safety officers, siblings cheer at competitions, and grandparents attend workshops. We create shared experiences that strengthen family bonds and build multi-generational support networks.

🌟 Volunteer & Leadership Pathways for Youth

Advanced youth become peer mentors, junior coaches, and event volunteers—learning leadership, responsibility, and service. Many return as adult volunteers and coaches, creating a cycle of giving back. Our program doesn't just build shooters; it builds community leaders.
